THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

The objectives of this research are to: (1) analyze the impact of digital transformation on human resource management, (2) identify key digital tools that enhance HR processes, and (3) evaluate the benefits of digital HR initiatives. A survey design was chosen for its ability to capture insights from HR professionals. The sample size, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, included 379 respondents from corporate organizations in Enugu, ensuring comprehensive insights. The corporate sector was chosen for its extensive HR processes. The reliability coefficient score of the survey was 0.88. Findings indicate that digital transformation significantly enhances HR management by providing more efficient, accurate, and scalable HR processes. Recommendations include investing in advanced HR tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and continuously monitoring and optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
